How to Register for the 2025 Team – Easy Steps

2. Purchase the "Mens Batch of 2025 Annual Membership" product.

What’s Included?
When you purchase the membership, you’ll see all the items included. You can also customise your team pack and add extra gear if you’d like.

Pre-Order Details

• When to Order: The store is open for pre-orders. Be sure to order before October 3rd. After this, no changes or additional orders will be accepted.
• Apparel Sizes: Available in sizes 2XS-7XL.
• Production Time: It takes 8-10 weeks for custom orders.
• Next Pre-Order: We’ll open the store again in late January 2025 for more orders. Keep in mind, it still takes 10 weeks to produce, so if you’re racing before April 2025, order now.
• Two Piece Tri Suit: We will be offering our new two piece suit in the January pre order. 

Pricing Information

• All items are 30% off automatically – no special codes needed.
• Team Membership Note: Gift cards can’t be used for team memberships.
• Apparel Credit: You’ll get an AUD$50 credit for apparel. This will activate once you have a team membership in your cart along with AUD$50 of apparel. Use the special code emailed to you. If you forget, you will be able to use this in the January pre order. We cannot retrospectively apply this credit or refund this. 

Shipping Information

• Shipping starts January 1st, 2025.
• We prioritise athletes racing in January.
• It takes 3-4 weeks to ship everything.
  

Sizing

• Use the size chart in the footer or on each product page.
• If you need a size not listed, email us to see if we can add it.
• Accessories and puffer jacket are unisex; everything else is male or female-specific.
• Templates in the store are just for reference. To see how the items really look, check out the retail store images.

Adding Items to Your Order

If you want to add more items after placing your order, email us at boss@cupcakecartel.org and we’ll combine shipping for you.

Returns & Exchanges

• We offer returns and exchanges if the item is in stock.
• If it’s out of stock, we’ll reorder it in the January pre-order.
• All returns must be within 30 days of receiving your kit.
• 2025 Membership and custom pre-order items are non-refundable after October 3rd, but we’ll offer store credit if you need to exchange for a different size.
