No design fees, no hidden costs, no moving targets. Any group ordering 5 or more tri suits between them counts as a team. Every other item has no minimum at all.
Design → private team store → athletes order their own sizes → production (8–10 weeks) → shipped direct to each athlete. Run and cycle clubs follow the exact same process, just with their own minimums: 15 run pieces or 8 cycle garments instead of 5 suits.
Send us your club colours, logos and ideas. We create your custom kit. Design work and revisions are all included in the price. A $150 design deposit gets it started, credited back to your order as a gift card.
We build a private online preorder store for your club. Every athlete orders and pays for their own sizes. No bulk orders, no size guessing, no collecting money.
Once the store closes, everything goes into production together (approximately 8–10 weeks), then ships directly to each athlete, anywhere in the world.

Ask the cupcke community what they wear →Any group, team or club ordering 5 or more tri suits between them. The suits can be spread across your whole squad, not per person. That's the only minimum: hit it and you're on discounted team pricing, and every other item on the team price list (jerseys, run gear, accessories) has no minimum at all. Under 5 suits? Our semi-custom path for individuals and small groups has you covered.
Really. Pricing includes all design work, artwork revisions and production. For teams and clubs, a $150 design deposit is required before design begins, and it's credited back towards your order as a gift card.
Team orders take approximately 8–10 weeks from store close. Individual semi-custom suits take approximately 50 days production plus up to 10 days shipping.

Fit Kits are available for teams of 15 or more active members. It's an easy way to check quality and fit before purchasing. Currently available for our sleeved tri suit, cycle jersey and cycle bib short in sizes S–XL.
Premium Italian performance fabrics, an Elastic Interface® triple-density sex-specific chamois built for 7+ hour comfort, Italian MARC Power Band leg grippers, and OEKO-TEX® certified next-to-skin fabrics with UPF 35–50+ sun protection. Our aero pieces are velodrome-tested with professional athletes.
Manufacturing faults are covered by our 30-day warranty, repaired or replaced with no drama. Come off the bike and our crash replacement program replaces damaged kit at 40% off.
Order changes can't be made once production has started, and address changes must be made prior to shipping, so double-check sizes with our size finder first.
