Sizing Information For 2XS, 3XL-7XL
We understand that we all come in different shapes and sizes. For that reason, we offer team members of The Cupcake Cartel a special opportunity to pre order 2XS, 3XL-7XL sizes prior to collections being released. Warranty Information
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We offer a 90 day warranty from time of receiving item. Our warranty policy does not cover general wear and tear.
Crash Replacement
Even the best of us encounter mishaps at times. Feel free to reach out to us at support@cupcke.com and share the details along with photos of your damaged kit. You'll need your original receipt details. To help soften the fall we'll gladly provide you with 40% off a replacement item.
The discount offered is applicable for replacing the damaged item within the same product group. This is a like for like item. For example, if a cycle jersey is damaged, a discount will be applicable for one cycle jersey.
Crash replacement is valid for 12months from time of purchase. General wear and tear is not eligible for coverage.
Please note that the replacement discount applies for full RRP of the original product price. Discount is not valid on sale items. Discount is valid on full price items only.
Care For Your New Garment
- Separate Colors: Wash your cycling and triathlon apparel separately from other clothing to prevent color bleeding.
- Zip Up: Zip up all zippers to avoid snags and damage during the wash.
- Gentle Cycle: Use a gentle cycle on your washing machine to protect the fabric and maintain elasticity.
- Cold Water: Wash in cold water to preserve colors and prevent shrinkage.
- Mild Detergent: Use a mild, sports-specific detergent to clean without compromising fabric technology.
- Avoid Fabric Softeners: Skip fabric softeners, as they can reduce the moisture-wicking properties of the fabric.
- Inside Out: Turn your garments inside out before washing to minimize friction on the outer surface.
- Air Dry: Line dry or lay flat to air dry. Avoid tumble drying to prevent damage to elastic fibers and reflective elements.
- No Ironing: Do not iron your apparel, as heat can affect the fabric's performance features.
- Store Properly: Store your cycling gear in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain its quality and longevity.
By following these simple guidelines, you can keep your new apparel in top condition for comfortable and enjoyable training and racing.

How Can I Track My Order?
Your order will be dispatched within 48hrs of ordering on business days. Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number.

North American Shipping Information
North America Shipping and Delivery times:
Delivery time is approximately 10-14 days for Standard shipping.
Delivery time is approximately 4-7 days for Express shipping.

My Shipment Was Returned
If you are unable to collect your shipment or it is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the full reshipping fee.
Shipping & Duty Fees
We not responsible for the payment of Customs or VAT Fees. The fee varies and is determined by each country. By processing an order, you agree and acknowledge you will pay any Customs and VAT fees that may occur. We are unable to mark orders as “gift” or “sample” to lessen duty charges
My Tracking Information Hasnt Changed In Several Days
Once an order ships it’s out of our hands. The first step is to track your package via your shipping confirmation email. The second step is to contact your local carrier with the tracking number. Once the shipment arrives into your country, your government carrier is responsible for the delivery.

Occasionally shipments can be subject to inspection by customs upon entering a country. During this period tracking information won't be updated. You may have to wait several weeks depending on the processing time at the entry port. If you have any questions or support@cupcke.com
Returns Questions
What Is Your Returns Policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To start a return, you can contact us at support@cupcke.com. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing transit insurance.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. North American packages will be sent to our South Carolina returns depot. All other packages will be sent to the Sunshine Coast, Australia.
We cannot accept soiled or washed items.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
